Q: How did you feel about the result against Bishop Kelley(0-0)?
A: I was very pleased with it. The team played our hardest that day. I wish we could play like that every game.
Q: Did you realize at the time how many saves you were making that game?
A: I guess I didn't realize it at the time. I knew I was making some stops and it was giving me momentum, but it wasn't until I saw the game footage that I saw some of the saves.
Q: What do you do to mentally prepare for games?
A: I don't normally do anything in particular, but I try to make that first save that will give me confidence going forward.
Q: What is your favorite memory from BHS Womens Soccer?
A: That's tough. Probably last year's state championship. That was one of the best games I've played in my entire life. I had some saves over and over at the beginning. It was amazing.
Q: What are your goals for the future?
A: I'm going to the University of Arkansas next year. I'm not exactly sure what I want to do. I do want to keep incorporating soccer into my life. If I had an opportunity to play and it was the right fit I would consider it, but I would like to continue coaching or doing something to stay with it. I would love to do some coaching. I definitely want a job where I get to work with people, collaborate and lead.
